Robert J. Suttman II
Rob is President and a Principal of Eubel Brady & Suttman Asset Management and has more than 19 years experience in the investment management industry. Rob is responsible for client service and marketing. He is also a Senior Relationship Manager and a member of the Investment Policy Committee. Rob holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the Dayton Society of Chartered Financial Analysts. Rob has also served on the boards of local charities, churches and corporations. He received a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana.

Christopher C. Young (Not pictured)
Chris recently joined Ed Map as the Vice President of Operations. Ed Map provides distribution and software solutions to the distance learning industry. Prior to joining Ed Map, Chris served in several capacities for MeadWestvaco, an $8 billion basic materials company. His experiences include project director and supply process manager for the implementation of SAP, a global ERP software application, business operations director (customer service, purchasing and pricing) for a $250 million industrial distribution business, and sales service and production planning manager for a $500 million global paperboard manufacturer. Chris has a bachelor's degree in political science from Duke University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University. He served in the Navy for 4 years between undergraduate and graduate school. Chris is married to Linda, and they have 3 daughters: Kendall (12), Brittany (10), and Reagan (7).

Richard E. Pummill
Rick is President and one of the original founders of Miami Valley Pension. He has over 25 years of experience in the development, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire; received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College and the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and the Dayton Employee Benefits Group. Rick has taught economics as part of the CLU continuing education program and is a frequent speaker for local accounting groups on retirement plan issues. He serves as treasurer and board member of his local church and high school scholarship committee.

Timothy O. Cornell
Tim is Senior Vice President of Investments of UBS Financial Services in Dayton, Ohio. A stockbroker and financial planner since 1973, he provides services such as; regularly scheduled client reviews, monthly financial information disbursement through weekly seminars and periodic mailings, annual tax information updates, living trusts in conjunction with local attorneys, complimentary professional estate and financial plans and computerized monitoring of all investments. Mr. Cornell strives to provide the highest quality and most personalized service for his clients. His primary goal as a Certified Investment Management Analyst throughout his 31 years of service has always been to handle each account with integrity. Mr. Cornell's philosophy is to see that integrity is stressed as the cornerstone of a business. Tim obtained his education from Indiana State University and his CIMA designation from the Wharton School of Business. He serves on a variety of charitable boards.
