Peter S. Brunstetter
Peter S. Brunstetter is Deputy Managing Partner and a member of the
Executive Committee of the law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a 500
lawyer international law firm. He received his Batchelor of Arts degree
from Tulane University in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate. from the
University of Virginia in 1984. His law practice includes corporate
finance, mergers and acquisitions, health care and health care
transactions. He has been active in local politics since 1991, and
serves on many community boards and commissions. Mr. Brunstetter served
on active duty in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1981, but resigned
his commission from the Naval Reserve in 1990, with the rank of
Lieutenant Commander. Pete and his wife, Jodie, have four children.
Alan Cole
A native of Hickory, North Carolina, Alan holds a BA in Business from
Lenoir-Ryne College, and had been involved in the furniture industry
since 1972. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with
Burris Furniture, Broyhill, and Berkline. His most recent prior position
entailed leading one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of home
furnishings in the U.S. with annual sales exceeding US $2.0 billion. He
is currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Schnadig Corp, a closely
held US based furniture company. Alan and his wife Patti have three
children.
Ken Farrington
A lifelong resident of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Ken’s educational
background is in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting.
He and his brother have been successfully involved in a family run
business for the past 28 years. Ken serves on the Board of Directors for
three local non-profit corporations. He and his wife Sue have four grown
children and nine grandchildren
Linwood D. Lewis, Jr.
Mr. Lewis is presently Senior VP of Corporate Sales & Marketing for B/E
Aerospace, for whom he has worked since 2000. From 1998 through 2000,
Linwood served as Senior VP & General Partner with the AeroEquity Group,
an aviation investment company. Prior to AeroEquity, he was associated
with the GE Company from 1996 until 1998, serving as VP of Operations
and Engineering for a joint venture between GE and the government of
Indonesia. From 1987 through 1996, He served as Manager of Quality
Operations for GE Aircraft Engine Services’ global locations, Director
of Global Sales & Marketing for GE Aircraft Engine Services, Operations
General Manager for GE Aircraft Engine Services, and Senior VP of
Operations for the Stevens Aviation Corporation. Mr. Lewis also held
positions of increasing responsibility from 1972 through 1987 in profit
and loss operations, manufacturing, sales & marketing, business
development and quality assurance in four different GE business groups.
A native of the state of Arkansas, Mr. Lewis holds Bachelor of Science
degrees in Mathematics from Ouachita Baptist University, and Industrial
Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He completed his
International Business Studies at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, as a
part of the GE executive development curriculum. Linwood and his wife,
Laura have two adult sons. He plays trombone in his church orchestra,
enjoys golf and is an avid collector of miniature fire engines.
